If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, email support@apexdevelopment.co with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will issue a return label and replace your item once we receive it.
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, and a 10% restocking fee applies. We do not accept returns of discounted or sale items marked down from original retail price.
To start a return, email support@apexdevelopment.co or text (602) 529-4597 with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
