The Purchaser and End User acknowledge that some products on this website are subject to local, state, and federal laws and regulations. They understand and agree to abide by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Purchasers and End Users certify and represent that:
- All personal information they provide during checkout (full name, address, etc.) is current and correct. We are required to collect this information in compliance with the regulations stated above.
- These items will only be used for legal purposes.
- They (“Purchasers/End Users”) are legally allowed to own, possess, and/or use these items. Residence in Connecticut, New York, or any other municipality that may restrict the purchase or possession of these items disqualifies Purchasers and End Users from taking possession of these items.
- They will not use, transfer, or export the item(s) in any manner that violates federal or state laws or regulations.
- Apex Development Manufacturing LLC (“Apex Development”) is not responsible or held liable in any form for violations of the above stated terms, including but not limited to damages, costs, fines, penalties, attorney fees, and any other expenses arising from a claim or demand from any governmental entity that alleges Apex Development did not comply with federal and/or state laws and/or regulations pertaining to this transaction between the Purchaser/End User and Apex Development.
