Q: I received an order confirmation but no shipping notification. When will my order ship, and when do I get tracking?
A: Most of what we sell is built to order in our Tempe, Arizona shop, so your order is likely in production. We batch items by color and configuration to keep the line efficient. Our target is about one week from order to ship, and you will get tracking automatically by email the moment we print the label.
Q: It has been a while. How do I get a status update on my order?

Q: Where are Apex Development products made?
A: Every product is laser cut, sewn, and assembled at our production facility in Tempe, Arizona, by our own team. If you need origin documentation for an agency or government purchase, email gov@apexdevelopment.co.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: It depends. Our standard production schedule keeps us busy, but it never hurts to ask. We do not typically build one-offs, but if it is an idea that could become a regular product we offer to other users, send us a DM on Instagram or email support@apexdevelopment.co and we are much more likely to consider building it. For volume OEM or contract sewing work, email oem@apexdevelopment.co.
Q: How much is shipping, and can I get my order faster?
A: Standard US shipping is free on every order. Expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) is available at checkout for $49, and we prioritize expedited orders for same-day shipping whenever the items are already built.
Q: What if I need to return something, or it breaks in use?
A: Unused, undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery (you cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies). Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. If your equipment gets damaged in use, see our Repairs page and we will either fix it free of charge or quote it, depending on the circumstance.
