The Belt Passthrough lets you mount the MEDMOD directly to a duty or EDC belt. The passthrough was designed to attach the MEDMOD to larger width duty belts that cannot accept clips. The passthrough was designed with HANK, a friction-resistant material that keeps the MEDMOD in place when worn on the belt line.
The belt passthrough width is adjustable and can fit 1 in. - 2.5 in. belts.
